1. Do you deliver across Lebanon?
Yes, we deliver to all areas across Lebanon.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept online payments through Whish Money or debit/credit cards.
3. How much does delivery cost?
The delivery fee is $4.
4. Do you offer same-day delivery in Beirut?
Yes. For orders placed before 2:00 PM within Beirut, we offer same-day delivery.
5. How long does delivery take outside Beirut?
Orders outside Beirut are usually delivered within 1–3 business days.
6. How can I know if a product is in stock?
All products available for Add to Cart are currently available and in stock. If a product is out of stock, you will not be able to add it to your cart.
7. Do your products include descriptions and specifications?
Yes. All products listed on our website include a product description with the available details and specifications.
