These Terms & Conditions (“Terms“) govern your use of tech.com.lb (the “Site”) and any purchase of products from us. The Site is operated by Tech Zone SARL (“tech.com.lb“, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. About tech.com.lb

tech.com.lb is a reseller of consumer electronics, computer components, peripherals, networking equipment, and related accessories. We are not the manufacturer of the products we sell. Products are sold subject to the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable. Manufacturer warranty terms, durations, and procedures are set by the manufacturer and may vary by product, brand, and region.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors, or violation of these Terms.

3. Product information, pricing, and availability

We make reasonable efforts to display products, specifications, images, and prices accurately. However:

If we discover a material error in pricing, description, or stock after you place an order, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected terms or cancel the order for a full refund.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your placement of an order is an offer to purchase. Our acceptance occurs when we send you an order-confirmation message and begin preparing the order for delivery. Until then, we may decline or cancel the order with a full refund of any amount charged.

An automated order receipt is not an acceptance.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our servers. You authorize us (and our processors) to charge the payment method for the order total, including any applicable taxes and delivery fees.

Cash-on-delivery, where offered, is subject to coverage areas and a maximum order value at our discretion.

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery is best-effort, not an SLA

Delivery times displayed on the Site, at checkout, or in any communication are good-faith estimates only and do not constitute a service level agreement, guarantee, or contractual deadline. Delivery may be affected by stock availability, courier capacity, regional restrictions, weather, customs, banking holidays, and other factors outside our reasonable control.

Late delivery, by itself, is not grounds for cancellation, compensation, or refund beyond the standard returns process in Section 7.

6.2 Delivery scope

We deliver within Lebanon to addresses we are reasonably able to service. Some areas may require additional fees, pickup arrangements, or may be excluded entirely. We will inform you before dispatch if your address cannot be served.

6.3 Risk and ownership

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are handed to you or to a person at the delivery address who appears reasonably authorized to receive them. Ownership passes to you once we have received payment in full.

6.4 Inspection on delivery

Where reasonably possible, inspect the outer packaging at the time of delivery. Visible damage to packaging should be reported to the courier and to us immediately.

For products covered by a manufacturer warranty, claims after the return window are handled under the manufacturer’s terms and procedures. We will assist you with the warranty process where we are an authorized channel; we are not, however, the warrantor and cannot extend, modify, or replace the manufacturer’s warranty obligations.

Manufacturer warranty periods, exclusions, and procedures vary by brand and product. Check the box, the included documentation, or the manufacturer’s website for specifics before purchase.

7.4 How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible, or as store credit. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Allow a reasonable period (typically a number of business days) for the refund to reach you, depending on your payment provider.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us at sales@tech.com.lb Once dispatched, the cancellation will be handled as a return under Section 7.

We may cancel an order at any time before dispatch — including after acceptance — if we discover a pricing or stock error, suspect fraud, cannot verify your identity or address, or cannot lawfully fulfill the order. A full refund of any amount charged will be issued excluding processing charges.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product photographs, layouts, and software — is owned by tech.com.lb or its licensors and is protected by Lebanese and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

Brand names, manufacturer logos, and product images of third-party products are the property of their respective owners and are used to identify the products sold.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by Lebanese law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Product warranties, where applicable, are those of the manufacturer and are addressed in Section 7.3.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Lebanese law:

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless tech.com.lb, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information. By using the Site you consent to that handling.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. The Terms in effect at the time you place an order govern that order.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Lebanese Republic, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Beirut, Lebanon.

17. Severability and waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. A failure to enforce any right under these Terms is not a waiver of that right.

18. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other notices published on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and tech.com.lb regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreement on the same subject matter.
