Description

The Cambium 56 VDC Gigabit Ethernet Surge Suppressor (C000000L033A) protects PoE radios and switch ports from lightning-induced surges on the Ethernet line. Rated for Gigabit (1000BASE-T) pass-through over two RJ-45 ports at a 56 V nominal voltage, it uses TVS-diode transient suppression in both line-to-line and line-to-ground modes, with a 172 A (10/1000 us) surge current rating and a 5 ns typical response time. The IP54 raintight housing pole- or wall-mounts, survives 200 mph winds and operates from -40 to 60 °C; it meets UL/IEC 62368 edition 2.
