Ubiquiti Instant 802.3af Gigabit PoE Converter (INS-3AF-O-G) – a compact in-line adapter that lets an 802.3af PoE switch power Ubiquiti devices which expect 24 V passive PoE. It takes 48 V 802.3af PoE on one Gigabit RJ-45 port and outputs 24 V passive PoE (0.5 A) on the other, with ±15 kV ESD/surge protection on the data line. Weatherproof and rated for -30 to 70 °C outdoor operation, it is NDAA-compliant and mounts discreetly along a cable run.
