A 1×2 mini steel-tube PLC fibre optic splitter that divides one singlemode input into two even outputs – the lowest-loss building block for FTTH/PON taps. It uses SC/UPC connectors on 1 metre 0.9 mm LSZH pigtails and G.657.A1 bend-insensitive fibre, operating across 1260-1650 nm (1310/1490/1550 nm PON channels) with just 3.9 dB max insertion loss and ≥ 55 dB return loss.
